I’m not scheduled for interval sprint workout today but I didn’t do my second session of cardio yesterday so I’m doing one session today with some light weight work.

I’m going to start a video journal for two weeks  measuring my heart rate and the incline + speed that I run. Golden GLovves coming up baby!!
